Litigation Services
We have performed case and consultant work in more than 300 cases, and Dr. Penbera’s reports and/or testimony has been accepted in local, state, national, and international jurisdictions. The scope of our work encompasses many areas, including contracts and agreements, personal injury, wrongful termination, class actions, real estate, agriculture, energy, transportation, insurance, securities, product liability, franchising, fraud and concealment, age discrimination, marketing and branding, and government standards, regulation, and compliance, among others. EB-5 Foreign Immigrant Investment Services
Dr. Penbera is a recognized expert in the Foreign Immigrant Investment Program (commonly known as the EB-5 Program) established by the U.S. Congress and administered by the U.S Department of Homeland Security/U.S. Citizenship and Investment Services. Our firm provides the numerous documents and technical work necessary to help a business complete a Regional Center Designation Application (I-956) or a Project Exemplar Application (I-956F). We work with experienced professionals in helping project principals meet compliance and reporting requirements under the Reform and Integrity Act. Dr Penbera serves as Chairman of the Bridge to America Investment Group which includes designated centers in California and Hawaii, which, since 2009, now encompass hundreds of successful EB-5 petitions, more than $3 billion in total capital investment, and the creation of thousands of jobs. Our experienced staff uses a personal touch in support of individual petitioners and their attorneys who are filing provisional (I-526) and permanent (I-829, known as green card) petitions.
