Derived from U.S. Federal Reserve Statistical Releases. The 30-year Treasury constant maturity series was discontinued on February 18, 2002; on February 9, 2006, the 30-year Treasury constant maturity was reinstituted; February 18, 2002-February 9, 2006, an adjustment factor from the 20 year constant maturity was published in order to estimate the 30 year rate.  This is the 12/31 adjusted rate.
