California Energy Investment Center

PenberaParis  is the Managing Member of the California Energy Investment Center (CEIC), a regional investment center designated by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service and authorized to accept foreign investment  under the Eb-5 Program. The CEIC has expanded its boundaries since its inception in 2009 as well as its investment alternatives to include agriculture, energy, entertainment, health care, information technology, and real estate. Total capital investment in projects under CEIC auspices has exceeded $3 billion and invloved the recruitment of more than 700 investors through licesned brokers in many countries. These projects are responsible for creating more than 12,000 jobs.

He manages attorney and client relations, monitors investor petitions, capital invested, marketing, and project company reporting, and works with wealth managers from all over the world. He also assists in business plan preparation and has a degree in graphic design/business marketing. Formerly, he served as Director of Sales of Beazer, a national home builder closing more than 1,000 homes and generating more than $270 million in revenue. An accomplished athlete, he led the Big West Conference in saves as a pitcher.  He resides in the Sacramento area.
